Centre Director Ghila talks about the impact of the options program in Knysna

Led by Martin Ainsworth who comes from a professional media background, he joined YFC International in 2013 after engaging in a media project across Asia Pacific.
Seeing the desire within staff to engage at a professional level within their missional field he is now the Director of Media Ministries. His role is to create strategies and staff training programs that help engage in a digital mission field. Based in Harrogate, UK, with his wife Samantha, who’s role is to manage the day to day administration of the ministry and oversee fundraising. YFCi are recognising the vital importance of keeping their methods up to date. Technology affords tremendous opportunities for reaching millions of young people, using media, that they are most familiar with. Today our youth are turning to interactive media as a way of staying in touch with each other and exploring the world.
His hearts desire is to reach out to and equip our global network of staff to reach young people digitally and connect them to the local Church.
